Women safety

  • There is a serious need to take measures in increasing women safety. Females feel threatened in dark, isolated areas when alone. there is a lack of an efficient system to alert them to such mishappening prone areas.

Moreover, there is not any proper mechanism to bring these deserted and not properly  lighted areas into government consideration.

2,043 cases of rapes were registered in 2018 as compared to 2,059 cases in 2017 and last year, 3,175 cases of molestation were reported in Delhi.
