• Everyday a large amount of food is wasted between the consumer and the retail, due to -

    • an excessive amount of food produced for an event where those many people didn't turn up
    • due to quick supply of new food (and cosmetic selection ) in case of  food/retail stores 
    1. People who organize events where food is provided in excess (so that nobody who attends the event is out of food)
    2. Small-scale/large-scale stores where they get 'new' food on a daily/weekly basis without actually considering the amount of food which is left surplus.
